Terms of Service

Welcome to WatchAtlas, a service operated by Cohen Recovery, LLC (“WatchAtlas,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher). If you use WatchAtlas on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at security@watchatlas.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• Free tier: available at no cost, subject to reasonable use.
• Paid tiers: billed monthly or annually via Stripe (web) or via Apple / Google in-app purchase (mobile). Prices are shown before checkout.
• Renewals: subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: we don’t offer prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law. Mobile subscriptions are subject to Apple’s or Google’s refund policies.
• Beta / founding members: if you were granted lifetime access as a beta tester, that grant survives normal subscription terms and is not transferable.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you post, upload, or add to your Collection (“Your Content”). You grant WatchAtlas a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You can revoke this license by deleting the content or your account.

You represent that you own or have permission to share Your Content, that it doesn’t violate anyone’s rights, and that it complies with these Terms.

5. Community rules

WatchAtlas is a community of collectors. Don’t:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post illegal content, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes IP.
• Post spam, scams, deceptive listings, or fake products.
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Circumvent security, scrape at scale, or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service for money laundering or to facilitate stolen-property transactions.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion. We aim to review reported content within 24 hours.

6. Reporting and takedowns

Use the “Report” button on any post or profile to flag content. For copyright claims under the DMCA, email dmca@watchatlas.ai with: the copyrighted work, the URL of the infringing content, your contact info, and a good-faith statement.

7. Marketplace and third-party data

WatchAtlas surfaces market data, pricing signals, and links to third-party marketplaces. We don’t sell watches ourselves and we don’t guarantee the accuracy of third-party listings. Transactions you make off-platform are entirely between you and the counterparty.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We can suspend or terminate access for material breaches or for legal reasons, with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Disclaimers

WatchAtlas is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t warrant that data is accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet your needs. Don’t rely on us for investment, insurance, or authentication decisions without independent verification.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in San Bernardino County, California, under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court. You waive the right to bring or participate in class actions.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; if we make material changes we’ll notify you by email or in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
